Our basic support plan gives you access to our design team for 1 hour each month. The support plan allots 100 credits each month to your account to use on support tickets. Each support ticket costs a certain amount of credits depending on the estimated amount of time it will take our team to complete. To open a ticket, you would click on the "Open Ticket" tab from inside the Client Area and you would simply choose the ticket category that best fits your request and the points will automatically be deducted from your account. The ticket category will display "Available to create ticket" if you have enough points to open a ticket. If you do not use your credit points, they will roll over each month and accumulate over time. You also have the ability to purchase more support credit points in your account.
In the following screenshot, you can see the different ticket categories, how much they cost, and your total remaining support credit points.
