If you are receiving your applications to your email inbox and you are not receiving them in your applicant stream it will be 1 of 2 reasons.
1. Your emailing forwarding isnt set up. To check to see if your email forwarding is set up, go to the settings panel in your email inbox. Click the forwarding tab and make sure the button is checked and it says forward a copy of your email to usa@applicantstream.com If this is not checked this is the problem. Just add the email address to forward to usa@applicantstream.com and a code will be sent out for you to verify that information. Once done you will start to see the emails come in.
2. If you do have the forwarding set up and you still are not receiving your emails then you will need to make sure you added the email address associated to your recruiting in your admin dashboard of applicant stream. If you are not sure how to do that, you will need to contact estream to help you as we do not know how to add it in their system.
